Current Vacancies:

Property Manager (12-Month FTC – Maternity Cover)

Pierrepont Estates Management is looking for an experienced and organised Property Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This varied role combines residential and commercial property management, holiday let management, and estate administration, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a diverse and hands-on position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing our residential and commercial property portfolio
• Acting as the main point of contact for tenants, contractors, and prospective tenants
• Coordinating property maintenance, inspections, and compliance requirements
• Overseeing holiday let bookings, guest communications, and property changeovers
• Managing occupancy, guest satisfaction, and marketing of holiday accommodation
• Supporting the wider Estate team with administration and operational tasks

• Participation in an on-call rota for property and holiday let issues during weekends and holidays.

We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in property management, lettings, or a similar property role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Desirable:
• Experience managing holiday lets
• Knowledge of booking platforms and guest relations
• Experience with social media marketing and Canva

Cleaner

Role: Cleaner
Reporting to: Property Manager
Salary: £13.21 per hour
Hours: 6 hours per week

We are looking for a reliable and motivated cleaner to join our friendly team at Thoresby Estate. This part-time role involves cleaning office spaces across the Estate twice per week, either in the evenings or early mornings, totalling approximately 6 hours per week.

There may also be occasional weekend opportunities to assist with the cleaning and preparation of Airbnb properties during busy periods.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning office spaces across the Estate twice per week
  • Supporting with cleaning Airbnb properties on an ad hoc basis
  • Reporting any maintenance or repair issues identified during cleaning
  • Monitoring and reporting low stock levels of cleaning supplies and consumables
  • Following all health and safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience preferred
  • High attention to detail and a good standard of cleanliness
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
  • Full UK driving licence required

This role would suit someone who takes pride in their work, has a good eye for detail, and is able to work independently. Due to the nature and location of the role, a full UK driving licence is essential.

All cleaning equipment and supplies will be provided.
