Car Park

Parking is £3.00 – all day.

You can buy a season pass for £40.00 + £5.00 security deposit. Please ask a member of staff in the Visitor Centre for more information.

There is no vehicle access to the lawns or in front of the Courtyard.

Car Park opening hours:  9am – 5pm

Parking charge payable at the machines within the car park, card and cash (exact change only) available.

Christmas opening hours: 

Our park, car park, shops and café will all be closed for Christmas on the following dates

Monday 23rd December 2024

Tuesday 24th December 2024

Wednesday 25th December 2024

Our park will be back open on Thursday 26th December 2024. We will be open as usual all New Year. For Courtyard shops opening hours please contact them directly.

Museum

Opening times are 10.30 am to 4.30 pm

The Royal Lancers and Nottinghamshire Yeomanry Museum is open Wednesday to Sunday.

(The last Entry is 4.00 pm).

The Museum is closed from 1st December to 28th February.

Cafe

Open daily from 10 am – 4 pm

(weather dependent).

We take both cash and card payments.

Annual season passes

£40 + a £5 security deposit – If you wish to fill out a form before coming to the park, applications can be downloaded here along with the terms and conditions. Alternatively, you can pick up an application form from the Visitor Centre. Please note that all applications must be brought to the Visitor Centre to pay and receive your card, we cannot issue a card over the telephone or online.

Dogs

Thoresby welcomes dogs and their responsible human friends, the park is here to be enjoyed by all. Bins are provided along routes so please pick up after yourself and your pets.

Also, we ask that dogs are kept on a leash at all times whilst on the park, we have seen many a picnic or cricket game interrupted by our canine friends, please keep them with you and under your control at all times, and be considerate of other park visitors.

Drones

Drones or model aircraft are not permitted on the park without prior written permission from the estate. Commercial photography or filming should also have prior written consent before using the park and surroundings.
