The Sherwood Forest Trust Woodland Festival 26th & 27th July

Join us for a weekend of forestry fun in the beautiful grounds at the Thoresby Estate, on Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th July 2025, 10am – 4pm.

Our outdoor festival celebrates woodlands and traditional woodland crafts. Visitors will be able to see the likes of green woodworkers, a coracle maker, have a go at kids eco art, listen to tree stories and even meet the Wild Man of The Woods. Whether you love local crafts, are a woodland wanderer or want an enjoyable family day out, this is the experience you’re looking for.

Free entry to the festival! £5 car parking (cash only). Cash is also advised for stalls and activities.
