We are currently recruiting for a Catering Supervisor on the Estate. Working 28 hours per week and reporting to the Catering Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with managing various catering outlets on the site (both indoor and outdoor).
Main Responsibilities:
Covering for the Catering Manager in their absence
Responsible for quality and efficiency by effectively managing service excellence and food quality
Making decisions on the daily running of the business
Conform to, maintain and monitor all EHO standards
Assist with FOH and BOH where necessary
Assist in stock takes/ordering
Managing a team in a busy environment
Cashing up
Dealing with customer complaints
Requirements:
A passion for an organised, customer focused service
A love of food and drink
A can-do approach
Able to act independently.
Financial awareness
Good communication skills
Food Safety qualifications advantageous but not essential as training can be provided.
Ability to work weekends/evenings for events and weddings where necessary
